5 min a day – Positive affirmation take on one affirmation at a time – take a lot of skillset – buy/rent books on what your affirmations are about – need Self-belief AND skillset

It’s easy to work hard to serve something beyond me – getting rich is great but will only so far – we must have a purpose

If you hate to learn and read – say positive affirmation “I love to learn and read” for 5 min a day for 90 days and see where that takes you

5 Health tips to boost energy levels

Energy drain – can’t get yourself to do something fun
Exaustion – lack of motivation/patience/concentration

  1. Increase levels of Magnesium – 300 mg women, 350 mg men – increase intake of bran cereal, fish, handful of almonds/hazelnuts a day
  2. Do 10+ min of exercise a day – elevates mood – find a method of exercise that’s sustainable (you can do for years) – choose something you enjoy
  3. Reduce sugar intake – decrease low fat foods and refined foods – drink water 80-90% of the time
